Haircut Party

On my mom's birthday this year, we took Aiden to get his first haircut at Cookie Cutters.  While we were at it, we chopped off Liam's ever-lengthening mullet.  At two years old, Liam had the most awesome thick, rock-n-roll hair, but Aiden looks more like a disheveled Einstein.  His blond locks are more like thin feathers than strands of hair.  It was time.  But I'm not going to lie, I got a little teary-eyed at the stylist's first snip.  Liam went first to show Aiden the ropes, but Aiden still had reservations until he got a lollipop.

We celebrated Mom's 66th and a successful haircut party with a lovely lunch at The Dodo in Sugarhouse.  Happy Birthday, Mamma!
